Flyers Up LLC — Trust & Safety Policy
This Trust & Safety Policy explains what trust indicators on the Flyers Up platform mean, what they do not mean, and how we handle safety-related information. It is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.
Section 1 — Purpose
Flyers Up uses trust signals to help customers make informed choices. No badge, label, or metric is a warranty of outcome, safety, legality, or professional qualification unless we expressly state otherwise in writing for a specific program.
Section 2 — Trust Indicators Defined

| Jobs Completed | Count of jobs marked completed through the Platform for that Pro, based on Platform records. | Not proof of licensing, insurance, expertise, or future performance; off-platform work is excluded. |
| Response Time | Rolling average reply speed derived from prior in-app messages, when sufficient data exists. | Not a guarantee of availability for a specific date, time, or job. |
| Reviews | Star ratings and written feedback from customers after completed Platform bookings, when submitted. | Not every job is reviewed; reviews reflect individual experiences, not Flyers Up's opinion. |
| Insurance on File (COI) | For certain high-risk occupations, the Pro has uploaded a Certificate of Insurance document to the Platform. Flyers Up records the upload timestamp and may review for basic completeness only. | Not verification of coverage limits, additional insured status, policy validity on the service date, or adequacy for your job. Section 3 — What Flyers Up Does Not Claim
- We do not guarantee that every Pro has passed a full background check unless explicitly labeled for that Pro.
- We do not guarantee quality, safety, legality, or outcomes of any service.
- We do not employ Pros; Pros are independent contractors responsible for their own work.
- Trust indicators may change as we improve verification; prior displays are not promises of future checks.
Section 4 — Reporting and Enforcement
Users may report safety concerns through Platform support. Flyers Up may investigate, pause accounts, remove listings, or take other action under our Acceptable Use Policy and Community Guidelines. We are not obligated to mediate every dispute between customers and Pros.
