Flyers Up LLC — Customer Booking Agreement

This Customer Booking Agreement ("Booking Agreement") applies when you book or pay for services through the Flyers Up platform ("Platform"). By confirming a booking or submitting payment, you agree to this Booking Agreement in addition to our Terms of Service.

Section 1 — Marketplace; Direct Contract with Pro

You understand and agree that Flyers Up is a marketplace that connects customers with independent service professionals ("Pros"). Flyers Up does not perform the services and is not your service provider.

When you book through the Platform, you are entering into a direct agreement with the Pro you select. The Pro—not Flyers Up—is responsible for performing the work, complying with applicable laws, maintaining any required licenses or permits, and resolving service-related disputes with you, subject to Platform policies and payment flows.

Section 2 — Scope of Services

The description, price, timing, and location of services are set by the Pro's listing, your booking details, and any messages or add-ons agreed through the Platform. Flyers Up does not guarantee that any particular outcome will be achieved.

Section 3 — Payments

Payments may be collected by Flyers Up or its payment processor on the Pro's behalf as described in our Payment Policy. Deposits, balances, refunds, and the Flyers Up Platform Fee are governed by that policy and our Refund Policy.

Section 4 — Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation windows, no-show rules, and reschedule expectations are shown at checkout and in our booking rules. Those rules are incorporated into this Booking Agreement for the specific booking you confirm.

Section 5 — Trust Signals; No Guarantee

Badges, verification labels, reviews, and response-time indicators are explained in our Trust & Safety Policy. They are informational only and do not guarantee quality, safety, licensing, insurance coverage, or legal compliance by any Pro.

Section 6 — Satisfaction Guarantee (Discretionary)

Flyers Up may offer a limited, discretionary Satisfaction Guarantee. It is not insurance and does not replace your direct remedies against the Pro.

Section 7 — Disputes

Disputes between you and a Pro should first be addressed through Platform support tools. Legal disputes with Flyers Up are subject to our Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Policy, except where prohibited by law.
